In this hands-on class with Chef Tracy, you will learn how to prepare a gourmet four-course Southern brunch menu using fresh, high-quality, gluten-free ingredients and easy-to-master cooking techniques.

Some of the naturally gluten-free recipes and dishes you can look forward to mastering during this class include a stunning yet humble shrimp and grits, mini omelets loaded with fresh vegetables, a breakfast quinoa salad packed with protein, and gluten-free banana nut muffins that are moist and tender and manage to walk that fine line between wholesome breakfast and an indulgent cake.

Chef Tracy is an epicurean and former athlete with a passion for healthy, wholesome recipes. She's worked as both a culinary and pastry chef, which helped her launch a health food dessert company in 2008. She's taught hands-on cooking and nutrition courses for conferences and major companies, including two large grocery store brands. Chef Tracy has also written books and articles that share her recipes and nutrition knowledge.

Chef Tracy was very kind and outgoing. The experience was great and the food was delicious. Anytime we had questions or comments she never shied away. She was very attentive and made sure that the cooking class was fun.

I had the pleasure of attending a private cooking class with chef Tracy recently. l'd have to say that I'm more than happy that I did. From the initial meeting, my party and I were greeted with chef Tracy's infectious joy. The meal of choice that we chose was Indian cuisine. This meal including the following: •Naan bread •Hummus with chickpeas, tahini and olive oil •Chicken Tikka Masala with spices •Basmati Rice with lentils, turmeric, tomatoes and cilantro & cauliflower. Collectively, l'd have to rate our experience with chef Tracy a 10/10 unforgettable time. Her knowledge of cooking, knack for health conscious choices, use of unique spices & her enthusiasm for educating others is ultimately something that should be shared with others. Whether you're looking for a fun date night experience or to elevate your cooking skills, definitely do yourself a favor and book.
