In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Richard, you will learn how to prepare a gourmet three-course braised beef brisket dinner using fresh, high-quality ingredients and easy-to-master cooking techniques.
Chef Richard will begin by teaching you how to construct a fresh spinach salad tossed with a homemade warm bacon dressing. Then, you will learn how to transform beef brisket into a fork-tender masterpiece of an entrée. Finally, end on a sweet note with homemade vanilla crème brûlée topped with freshly whipped cream and fresh berries for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
