Seasonal vegetables take on an Indian flair in this flavorful, healthy Indian food cooking class where you'll use high-quality ingredients and learn smart cooking techniques.

Chef Parsati will teach you how to make lightly fried salmon amritsari, a popular Indian street food dish, with pickled onions and cranberry dip, saag dal prepared with seasonal leafy greens and a blend of Indian spices, and green beans cooked in a cream-based gravy. Lastly, craft an almond ladoo spiced with cardamom and fennel.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Parsati was a delightful host. I felt very safe and welcomed in her home and learned new culinary skills and dishes I am excited to try on my own! My partner and I really enjoyed the class and the fresh delicious meal that she helped us prepare!

Chef Parsati gave us a wonderful experience during her Healthy Indian class. She brought a new energy into cooking, showing us how to have fun with flavors and customize any dish to our liking. I would 10/10 recommend this class for friends or even a date night (as we did!). Chef Parsati is super knowledgable about flavors from around the world, showing us how to accomodate and adjust dishes to anyone's liking. I wanted to try a dairy-free option, and she was incredible at showing us multiple tasty alternatives to use. My favorite part of the class was being able to be super hands on. Chef let us do the cooking, from start to end, answering all our questions and making us laugh and smile along the way. Thank you for a wonderful experience, you made us feel like cooking an amazingly delicious 4-course meal was a fun and light-hearted process. Can't wait to remake those dishes!
