WHAT YOU’LL DO
Create a four-course feast inspired by the authentic flavors of Trapani, Sicily.
In this hands-on class with Chef Scott, you'll experience the joys of Italian cooking while learning fundamental culinary skills along the way.
First, Chef Scott will teach you how to prepare a fresh-off-the-grill calamari salad drizzled with olive oil and lime. Next, learn how to create two entrées: A classic Trapanese-style pizza with bread dough, almonds, basil, and Parmesan, and grilled tuna with olive oil and herbs. End the class on a sweet note with a creamy and tart raw pistachio and lime cheesecake with rich ricotta and honey.

Booked the class Authentic Flavors of Firenze with Chef Scott in Denver (Park Hill)
The class was enjoyable, however it was more like a personal chef vs a cooking class and we were really wanting a class. We helped with a couple of things but we really didn't help cook anything. The 1:1 and personal experience was great and we loved his dog. The food turned out great and Chef Scott is incredibly knowledgable.
