Cooking Class - Basic Knife Techniques
Elevate your kitchen skills in this hands-on cooking class as you prepare a meal using high-quality ingredients.
Chef Ruth will teach you how to properly season and prepare meat as you cook either roasted chicken with gravy or steak with red wine sauce. She'll also teach you how to work with greens so they're consistently flavorful, as well as how to safely handle a knife so you can slice and dice vegetables and fruit with ease as you whip up a roasted vegetable side dish, and a seasonal fruit crisp.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
