Chef Jennifer, who owns her own baking company, has perfected cheesecake. Once, she even made 54 cheesecakes in a single day!
In this baking class, you will learn from an expert and even receive your own cheesecake pan so you will be able to make cheesecake after cheesecake on your own.
This class is fully hands on. Chef Jennifer will teach you everything you need to know in order to get a cheesecake in and out of the oven looking professional. You'll leave the class with a new dessert that will steal the show of all of your future parties.

Chef Jen's cookies are sooo delicious and their brilliant colors make them especially fun to eat. When I imagine the perfect Christmas or special occasion sugar cookie, these definitely come to mind. When I first met her, she even showed me a peacock cookie she had creatively decorated!
Meet your chef
I own a small baking company based in San Rafael, and specialize in custom-made cakes and other desserts. I have always loved baking and grew up learning from my grandmother. I also have a background in art and teaching. I am excited to share my knowledge and experience with you!
