Cooking Class - Modern Flatbreads From Around the World
In this hands-on class with Chef Andrew, you will learn how to prepare four different flatbreads from scratch using fresh, local ingredients and a modern fusion of Italian, Swedish, and Pacific Rim culinary traditions.
Some of the modern flatbreads from around the world you can look forward to constructing during this experience include a smoked salmon and goat cheese Swedish flatbread with fresh dill, an Italian antipasto pesto flatbread featuring house-made mozzarella, a stone-fired naan rainbow flatbread topped with a kaleidoscopic array of fresh vegetables, and so much more!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
