This hands-on class highlights how new cooking techniques can improve classic recipes.
In this three-course cooking class, you'll make three classic Italian dishes completely from scratch with Chef Patrick's guidance.
You will begin by forming and rolling your own pasta. Next, Chef Patrick will guide the class through preparing mozzarella cheese from scratch utilizing locally sourced milk. Then, you will turn your fresh pasta into pasta carbonara made with a 63-degree egg and bacon. The meal will be topped off with zabaglione, an Italian custard, and fresh berries.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had a blast!! Patrick is amazing chef, the food and experience was excellent, we learned some new tips on cooking, and had a great date night, we did this for my fiancé birthday and he loved it.
