Cooking Class - Italian Cooking Methods
In this four-course cooking class, you'll make four classic Italian dishes completely from scratch with Chef Patrick's guidance.
Begin by forming and rolling your own pasta sheets. While the pasta dries, learn how to make wedding soup, a regional favorite studded with bite-size meatballs. Next, Chef Patrick will guide the class through preparing carbonara made with your handmade pasta and a 63-degree egg, followed by making mozzarella from scratch utilizing locally sourced milk. The meal will be topped off with zabaglione, an Italian custard, and fresh berries.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
