The offerings were rich and insightful! Chef John's experience was evident in every dish. He was great at explaining the preparation of each dish, from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable in explaining where certain spices, and vegetables could be purchased. He offered a wealth of information, that made for quite an insightful dining experience.
