No matter what time it is, brunch is sure to be a crowd-pleaser, and this weekend traditional has something for everyone. Chef John will teach you how to use fresh ingredients and smart cooking techniques to whip up an incredible brunch menu.
First, you'll learn how to make chilled champagne melon bowls, then dive into adding twist to an old favorite: beef tenderloin Benedict with eggs and béarnaise sauce. Next, you'll bake French toast with crunchy brown sugar, and a decadent frozen strawberry soufflé with Chambord sauce for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
