Join Chef Rochelle and learn how to prepare classic Italian American dishes, including handmade pasta.
In this hands-on class with Chef Rochelle, you will learn how to prepare a four-course menu of classic Italian American dishes using fresh ingredients, and a handful of time-honored Italian recipes and cooking techniques.
Some of the dishes you can look forward to learning in this class include garlic focaccia bread peppered with rosemary and thyme, a tomato mozzarella salad with fresh basil and balsamic, homemade pasta and spicy meatballs in marinara sauce, and a New York-style cheesecake with a graham cracker crust for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Rochelle is an accomplished and talented chef with more than three decades of culinary experience on her résumé. After graduating from the Arts Institute of Vegas, Chef Rochelle pursued work as a line chef, head cook, caterer, personal chef, and more. She has a true passion for bold flavors and ingredients, with Cajun and Creole cuisine being her specialty. Chef Rochelle is always looking to share her love of cooking!
