Join Chef Rochelle and learn how to prepare classic Italian American dishes completely from scratch.

In this hands-on class with Chef Rochelle, you will learn how to prepare a four-course menu of classic Italian American dishes using fresh ingredients, and a handful of time-honored Italian recipes and cooking techniques.

Some of the dishes you can look forward to learning in this class include homemade rosemary and garlic focaccia bread, a tomato mozzarella salad with fresh basil and balsamic, homemade pasta and spicy meatballs in marinara sauce, and a New York-style cheesecake with a graham cracker crust for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
