Begin in the streets where, on almost every corner in most cities of Argentina, you will find someone selling choripán, a delicious sausage grilled to perfection and served on a baguette topped with vibrant chimichurri sauce. Then, learn how to make corn humitas, and a favorite Latin American dish, empanadas, with a filling of chicken, onion, garlic and peppers. Top it off with a twist on a classic, homemade dulce de leche ice cream.

Chef Josh's food creations are amazing! Not only can you see the artistic care he puts into each meal, but you can also taste it. It's clear that he knows what he is doing when it comes to preparing and cooking all kinds of food. He's also great at explaining what he is doing, so you'll be able to take what you learn and use it the next time you cook on your own.

Chef Josh made me feel very welcomed in his home from the moment I stepped through the door. His attention to detail in his food is very apparent, you can tell he loves what he does and enjoys passing that knowledge on to others.
