In this four-course experience, Chef Matt will teach you how to make a classic island menu that blends Hawaiian, Polynesian and Asian-influenced flavors. Begin with crunchy shrimp fried spring rolls, a spicy green papaya salad with carrots and serrano peppers, and broiled beef short ribs with a twist on Korean kalbi sauce. Finally, indulge your sweet tooth with tropical lilikoi bars.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This was for a 50th anniversary dinner. Matt was a joy to have in our home. His food had layers of flavor. The food was fantastic. Each dish had something extra from Matt's stash of seasonings. To top it off, dessert came from a relative's recipe (but of course with Matt's own spin) which just shows you how good Matt is and how relatable he is. This was the exact experience we were looking for. Thank you many times over!
