Celebrate the rich culture and cuisine found in the Hawaiian Islands while learning new cooking methods in this hands-on class focused on fresh ingredients.

In this four-course experience, Chef Matt will teach you how to make a classic island menu that blends Hawaiian, Polynesian and Asian-influenced flavors. Begin with crunchy shrimp fried spring rolls, a spicy green papaya salad with carrots and serrano peppers, and broiled beef short ribs with a twist on Korean kalbi sauce. Finally, indulge your sweet tooth with tropical lilikoi bars.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Our chef cancelled at the last minute and has offered no support in helping us obtain our refund. Weeks of careful planning with another couple, including expensive childcare, was wasted. We will not be using Cozymeal again and we will be warning our friends away from this organization.

I honestly hate doing this, but I have to give a very negative review here. This class was initially scheduled as an anniversary present to my wife. We had a very difficult time finding childcare for our four children, but we managed to make that happen. Matt asked us to reschedule that initial date due to a conflict of his own. We understand that things happen, and as difficult as it was to adjust our schedules and find new childcare, we managed to make to make the new date work. On the day of our class, Matt emailed me approximately 45 minutes before our class and said that he was coming back from a football game, his car broke down, and he had to cancel. He did not offer to reschedule and simply said he'd make sure we were refunded. My wife and I were beyond dissapointed. I guess life happens. I am not a fan of leaving these types of reviews, but I also saw that this isn't the only one of this nature on Cozymeal for Matt. I do wish him the best of luck, but there is no chance I would ever attemp to use him or Cozymeal again. This is just my experience. Hopefully others have had better luck.
