Begin the hands-on class by making a flavorful salad with iceberg lettuce wedges, bacon lardons,and a generous drizzle of blue cheese dressing, Next, you'll learn how to pan seared jumbo shrimp and prepare creamy polenta grits with an Andouille sausage seafood gravy. For some fruity and sweet finish, whip up a classic strawberry shortcake

Chef Damon was great. He was thorough on the processes and cooking styles, and his Coconut Shrimp was very delicious, I wanted seconds when I was done.

A good time was had by all! We made coconut shrimp, jerk salmon with mango slaw, red beans and rice, fried plantains, and coconut cake! And it was delicious! Chef Damon was fun!
