In this hands-on class with Chef John, you'll learn the tips and techniques you need to craft a fanciful three-course meal completely from scratch using fresh ingredients.

Begin by first creating a sophisticated onion, red pepper and goat cheese crostini on potato toast. Next, Chef John will help you continue sharpening your culinary skills while preparing zesty lemon and herb flounder, glazed carrots and roasted broccolini. For dessert, learn the proper techniques to make warm, decadent molten chocolate cake served with sweet, homemade ice cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I really enjoyed my time with Chef John. Chef John prepared and demonstrated dishes with flavors that cannot be taught but learned through trial and error. I absolutely loved the goat cheese crostini and pan-seared scallops! The homemade hummus was an absolute treat and I am so excited to try it out at home for myself.

Chef John was fabulous! I surprised my girlfriend with this for her birthday and it could not have gone better! Chef John is not only a fabulous chef whose dishes are off the charts, he is also a great guy, incredibly hospitable and who we really enjoyed speaking with and learning about his experiences and knowledge. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would!
