We had a really great time at Chef Parsati’s class. The meal was so delicious, incredibly easy to prepare, and Chef Parsati gave us so many recommendations for how to substitute ingredients to make it more stress free replicating it at home. Chef Parsati was a wonderful host as well and we had a great evening with her. I highly recommend taking one of her classes!
