In this hands-on class with Chef Mike, you will learn how to make naturally fermented, artisan-quality sourdough bread that showcases a beautifully rugged and crackly crust, and a tender and tangy crumb.
After learning how to make sourdough bread at home, Chef Mike will then teach you how to prepare a handful of classic dishes featuring your sourdough, including a Dungeness crab and corn chowder in a sourdough bread bowl, elegant tuna Niçoise tartine, and sweet sourdough French toast with a perfectly browned and crispy exterior, and rich and custardy interior.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
