In this hands-on class with Chef Mike, you will learn how to prepare a classic three-course French bistro menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients, and easy-to-master, time-honored French cooking techniques and recipes.
Some of the dishes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include an elegant tuna Niçoise salad, a classic coq au vin — chicken in red wine — made by slowly adding in layer after layer of flavor, and a wonderfully flaky and buttery country galette filled with tender, warmly spiced apple slices for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
