Social Distancing Friendly Get ready to discover an array of authentic Japanese dishes epitomizing a true Izakaya experience.
In this hands-on class with Chef Kristiana, you will learn how to prepare an authentic six-course Japanese izakaya menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients, and time-honored Japanese culinary techniques.
Some of the dishes you can look forward to mastering in this class include a refreshing sunomono salad, spicy tuna crispy rice with avocado, a pickled persimmon salad with citrus and a sweet rice vinaigrette, savory pork and chive gyoza dumplings with ponzu dipping sauce, a luscious purin caramel cake with sweet potato kinton syrup for dessert, and so much more!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

She has worked in several fine dining establishments, including a few with Michelin stars, and has catered movie sets.
