Cooking Class - Basic Cooking Series
The basic cooking series consists of Wednesday cooking classes providing you enough information and hands on cooking to get you feeling more comfortable in the kitchen.
We'll talk about setting things up for efficiency and ease of use. We'll try different preparation and cooking techniques so you can figure out what works for you. And we'll make food all along the way so you can gain the confidence needed to start making dinner at home. At the end of the class, we will all sit down and enjoy the meal we prepared.

Each 3-hour cooking class session is $75, if you book all three sessions, you pay only $200 in total.
Wednesday, March 5 - Beginning Cooking Class #1
Learn basic kitchen concepts or workspace, mise en place, equipment. Cook simple soup and sides to make a meal.
Wednesday, March 12 - Beginning Cooking Class #2
Stove top success - pots and pans, saute and braise. Fast proteins for dinner.
Wednesday, March 19 - Beginning Cooking Class #3
Using the oven - baking and roasting. Slow cooked and tender. Foolproof desserts.
