Whichever diet you follow, whether it's vegan, keto, paleo or generally omnivore, you can learn to produce a few days worth of healthy meals with about an hour of prep time.
This cooking class with Chef Kristen begins with preparing chicken and salmon seasoned with garlic, salt and pepper served alongside broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts and asparagus. Next, you'll master simple sauces exploding with flavor, and a classic apple crisp with a plant-based twist using walnuts, maple syrup and coconut oil.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
