In this interactive cooking class, join Chef Kevin in exploring the vibrant flavors of authentic Thai cuisine. Learn to identify the five basic tastes and expand your palate while preparing fresh dishes featuring classic Thai flavors and techniques.
Begin the class by assembling a refreshing, sweet and sour cucumber salad tossed with crunchy peanuts. For the main course, prepare a spicy Thai watermelon radish and chicken salad decorated with savory fish sauce and bright herbs. Finish your tasteful trip through Thailand with a sweet, tropical dessert adorned with chestnuts and sesame seeds.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Kevin did a great job showing us great tips for prepping food and chopping vegetables. The 6 courses was great, extra large raspberries. Would book Kevin again. He cleaned up the whole kitchen after also.

Chef Kevin was outstanding. His dishes were a big hit, and he was open to modifying the menu given some of the dietary restrictions our group had. Everything was delicious and very high end.

Chef Kevin was awesome! He was so patient and taught us so much about pizza making. His skill and expertise made it such a fun experience! I highly recommend Chef Kevin for anyone wanting to learn to make a certain dish or to just enjoy a wonderful meal!

If I could give MORE than 5 stars I would. The experience was lovely from start to finish. The food was OUTSTANDING and we felt comfortable asking questions, taking pictures and getting to know our Chef! What a fun experience that I would highly recommend to anybody else.

Chef Kevin made an incredible dining experience for us and spent so much time explaining his cooking process and philosophies. He was so kind and thoughtful and prepared so much delicious food! The evening was so fun and easy, and we absolutely loved getting to know him and enjoying his incredible food. We would highly recommend Chef Kevin to all!!

Kevin was great, he made everything super easy. I surprised my girlfriend (who loves to cook) and we really enjoyed the menu. Kevin took care of everything - brought all the tools, ingredients and did the cleanup.
