Brunch is the ultimate weekend meal: relaxed, easy, and slow paced, and after this cooking class, you won't hesitate to invite friends or family over to share this simple but delicious feast.
Start off crafting a salad of mixed greens dressed with a champagne vinaigrette, and a vegetable frittata featuring spinach, red peppers, onions, half and half, and Gruyere cheese. Next, you'll master the art of perfectly crispy home fries, the perfect accompaniment to any egg dish. Finish off the class by preparing and baking berry muffins.
