What You’ll Do

Explore the world of blinis — small pancakes with numerous toppings — with Chef Inga.

Blinis — tiny pancakes from Russia and Ukraine that are traditionally served with sour cream and caviar — are the perfect addition to the brunch table, and Chef Inga will teach you the techniques to make them from scratch.

First, learn how to make a seasonal salad with a fresh lemon vinaigrette, then dive into blinis. You'll top your first blini with egg salad peppered with chives, mustard and mayonnaise, and your second blini with ham, cheese and parsley. For dessert, top your tiny pancakes with strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and sour cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Dining with chef Inga was a great experience. We made Italian salad, chicken Marsala and a strawberry desert. We enjoyed the fact that recipes weren’t overly complicated and can be replicated at home. The food was also prepared with healthy ingredients as well. Chef Inga was down to earth and shared interesting stories about her experience in the restaurant industry.

Chef Inga's Healthy Cooking class was a fantastic experience. Chef Inga was very welcoming, and I really appreciated how she took the time to explain the techniques she was using. I learned new ways to prepare and cook chicken, which were easy to replicate at home. I was so proud that the chicken I cooked at home later that week turned out just as juicy as the one we made in class together. I'm looking forward to taking another class with Chef Inga!
