Cooking Class - Homestyle Southern Cuisine
Southern cooking is all about using fresh, local ingredients to put new spins on age-old recipes. Under the guidance of Chef Alex, you'll have the chance to do just that, as you work together to create stunning interpretations of popular regional dishes from Florida and the South.
The hands-on class begins with a truly Southern icon, the deviled egg. Afterward, you'll tackle hearty entrées, including both chicken and waffles, and shrimp and grits. Cap the class off with a decadent bourbon maple trifle served with pecan pralines and ice cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
