Cooking Class - Gourmet Friendsgiving Feast

Get ready to celebrate the Thanksgiving season with good company and a gourmet Friendsgiving feast.

In this hands-on class with Chef Chris, you will learn how to prepare a roster of fall-themed American classics featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients as well as a handful of fun chef-inspired twists!

Some of the recipes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include prosciutto-wrapped turkey cutlets with sage and Fontina cheese, a zesty homemade cranberry sauce, fried mashed potato balls, homemade garlic gravy, fluffy buttermilk biscuits, and a sweet potato pie with homemade maple whipped cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We enjoyed our evening. The food was terrific, and Chris is an excellent teacher. As a couple attending the class in the chef's home, the experience was probably different than it would have been at our home. There, the focus was on the learning and doing; in our home, there might have been the added element of 'dining,' including wine and table setting.
