In this hands-on class with Chef Kimesha, you will learn how to throw the ultimate taco fiesta at home using fresh, high-quality ingredients and a host of cooking techniques that yield incredible flavor profiles.
Some of the recipes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include a colorful avocado salad bursting with flavor, sizzling steak tacos with all the fixings, perfectly seasoned black beans and rice, juicy and zesty cilantro lime chicken, and a gorgeously golden homemade pineapple upside down cake for dessert.

Chef Kimesha cooking class was the perfect gift to my girlfriend. She is very knowledgeable and made the class super friendly for use. She is very personable and gave us a lot of cooking tips tat we will definitely use again!

The Chef did a fantastic job explaining every part of her cooking process in great detail. Although the dishes may seem simple in presentation, they were all delicious and bursting with flavor. Meet your chef
Having worked her way from line cook to executive chef, Chef Kimesha possesses a unique understanding of the ins and outs of the food industry. After graduating from culinary school, she earned a position at a high-end restaurant in Orlando's extravagant Disney resort. Since then, she's acted as the executive chef at a seafood restaurant and a detox facility, as well as started her own business as a caterer and personal chef.
