Cooking Class - Vietnamese Street Food
Smell the enticing aromas of Vietnamese street food as Chef Daniel teaches you all about Vietnam's rich and varied food culture, and showcases incredible texture and flavor combinations.
In this hands-on class, you will learn where to purchase Asian ingredients and how to prepare popular items completely from scratch, including poached shrimp rice paper rolls, perfectly fried salt and pepper squid and broken rice with peanuts, mushrooms and fried shallots. End on a sweet note with banana coconut pudding studded with sesame and chia seeds.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
