Comfort food not only feeds the body but also the soul. In this cooking class with Chef Kyly, you will learn how to prepare hearty and delicious comfort food with a twist.
You will start with a platter of cheese and crackers brightened up with fresh fruit and a variety of meats. Then, prepare a classic tomato and basil soup with cream. Your main dish features pan-seared fish, which you will enjoy with a side of vegetables. End on a high note with a slice of homemade cherry pie.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

After receiving a culinary arts degree from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Scottsdale, Chef Kyly has accumulated more than 10 years of professional culinary experience in a variety of roles, kitchens, and restaurants. Now, Chef Kyly is the owner and chef of her own business, as well as a culinary instructor who loves sharing her passion for food with others in a variety of interactive experiences.
