Learn how to make everyone's favorite mid-morning meal in this hands-on class with Chef Tierney. No brunch is complete without eggs, and you will be making two egg-based dishes under the guidance of Chef Tierney.
First, learn how to prepare mini cheese and bacon quiches. Chef Tierney will also show you how to make egg breakfast tarts with seasonal vegetables. Then, it's time to make sweet brunch staples. Try your hand at slicing and dicing seasonal fruit, then craft your own fried doughnuts filled with jam and cream completely from scratch.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
