Learn how to put a contemporary twist on authentic Mexican street food favorites.
In this hands-on class with Chef Jason, you will learn how to prepare Mexican street food fare using both familiar and exotic ingredients, and classic and modern cooking techniques to create bold and feisty flavor profiles.
Some of the dishes you can look forward to learning how to prepare in this class include spicy yet refreshing jicama and fruit skewers, grilled skirt steak tacos with homemade Yucatan guacamole and chipotle aquafaba, and a from-scratch key lime pie with a graham cracker crust and citrus whipped cream for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Great experience! Chef Jason was great with my team- the right mix of instruction, fun, stories and of course - great food! I did this as a small team holiday party/team building- the setting at Jason’s beautiful home with intimate, relaxing and perfect for my team of 7! Highly recommend!
