From the pastures of La Mancha to the beautiful coastline of Galacia, this menu will take you on an incredible culinary journey through the delicacies of Spain with Chef Santiago as your guide.
Begin with an array of meats and cheeses, including manchego; jamón, an air-cured ham; rich blue cabrales cheese; and Murcia al vino. Travel down to the sea to experience Spain's most famous dish, paella — a mixture of rice, shellfish, chicken and vegetables redolent with saffron. The final stop on the tour will be almond-flavored tarta de Santiago.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
