Many Chinese restaurants in America have adapted their menus for a Western audience, but in this class, Chef Michael will teach you how to prepare traditional Chinese recipes just like you'd find in Shanghai.
Learn how to make Chinese-braised pork belly and spicy kung pao chicken completely from scratch. To accompany those dishes, you will be making beef fried rice and Szechuan green beans. If you can't handle the heat, don't worry — each dish can be optimized to suit your preference.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
