Many Chinese restaurants in America have adapted their menus for a Western audience, but in this class, Chef Michael will teach you how to prepare traditional Chinese recipes just like you'd find in Shanghai.
Learn how to make Chinese-braised pork belly and spicy kung pao chicken completely from scratch. To accompany those dishes, you will be making beef fried rice and Szechuan green beans. If you can't handle the heat, don't worry — each dish can be optimized to suit your preference.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Michael took the time to really demonstrate every little bit of the processes to each dish. He was very kind and passionate about his work. His food tasted amazing and his presentation was extremely impressive. His space was absolutely beautiful and anyone would enjoy their time in his class.

Chef Michael is an experienced and versatile professional chef armed with culinary training from Le Cordon Bleu and a true passion for the culinary arts. He has owned and operated several food and beverage establishments, and currently hosts an array of exciting, interactive hands-on cooking classes featuring a wide range of cuisines, and a focus on fresh, high-quality ingredients and robust flavors.
