While my group had a good time together, this class could have been much better. The "chef" really ruined what could have been a great experience. The chef never introduce himself, he never introduced the menu, he never introduced a random woman sitting in the corner of the room - who happened to be the dishwasher/helper. The "chef" threw food onto our cutting boards and told us to chop things up. He never offered tips on how to chop, never explained how much we would be using in the recipes, etc... Overall, I would say this was a disappointment. This class could really be fun - but needs a more lively and engaging chef.

We enjoyed this class very much. It was less hands-on than we expected, but I understand now that 2 hours isn't enough time to make all three doughs, let them rise, and still bake them. Chef Sarah did demo the process though, so we got a chance to see yeast being bloomed and mixed in. We are definitely planning to check out more of these classes. Thank you!
