Brunch is a special time to slow down and relax with your favorite people. Join Chef Tania to learn how to whip up a brunch for friends and family that features traditional brunch fare everyone loves.

Begin with fresh eggs cooked any way you'd like and served with crispy skillet potatoes, and a thick slice of bourbon and brown sugar bacon. Next up is a brunch classic: beautifully sweet and savory chicken and waffles. Finish the class with refreshing minted fresh fruit brochettes.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Tania is a passionate culinarian with more than 20 years of professional cooking experience. Chef Tania graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in Orlando with a degree in culinary arts while also completing a highly sought after internship at the Waldorf Astoria luxury hotel in Orlando, then she continued her career at the Peabody Hotel. Now, Chef Tania works as an executive sous chef and teaches cooking classes featuring original creations and reimagined classics.
