Let Chef Rochelle show you how to create a simple meal using French techniques.

Learn how to use fresh ingredients to handcraft stunning flavor in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Rochelle. Over three courses, you'll incorporate classic French cooking tips as you slice, dice, sauté and bake.

Begin by mixing a salad with balsamic vinaigrette for a light starter, then sauté chicken in a chardonnay reduction sauce with mushrooms sided by fluffy rice pilaf and a medley of carrots and other vegetables. For dessert, Chef Rochelle will teach you how to bake a decadent strawberry shortcake topped with fresh whipped cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
