Learn the skills and techniques needed to create pizza, focaccia, and more right at home!
In this hands-on class with Chef Peter, you will learn how to prepare from-scratch pizza, focaccia, and more using high-quality ingredients and classic Italian cooking techniques.
Chef Peter will start by teaching you how to make pizza dough as well as a simple red sauce. Then, you will form, assemble, and bake several full-size pizzas topped with a variety of fresh and cured vegetables. You will then learn how to craft different types of focaccia rich in olive oil and fresh herbs before ending with a simple tiramisu.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Peter really did an astounding job teaching us some tips and tricks about making fresh pizzas, focaccia, and tiramisu. He brought fresh ingredients, and took great care and patience in teaching us how to work with the dough. The experience was wonderful and the food was delicious!

At just 18 years old, Chef Peter’s culinary career slowly began to rise to prominence just like the bread he made at a renowned bakery in Capitola, CA. Since then, Chef Peter has curated an impressive résumé, including owning his own bakery, developing and commercializing artisan breads and pastries for large-scale bakeries, and teaching classes for the Culinary Institute of America, the California Culinary Academy, and more.
