Join homegrown New Orleanian Chef L on an authentic culinary journey to the Big Easy.
In this hands-in class with Chef L, you will learn how to prepare a three-course seafood-centric menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients and traditional Cajun cooking techniques.
Some of the dishes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include an étouffée brimming with succulent crawfish and shrimp smothered in a rich, boldly flavored sauce begging to be sopped up by a fluffy bed of rice, a traditional low country seafood boil with an array of specialty sauces, and bananas foster bread pudding for dessert.
