In this class with Chef Ana, you will learn how to prepare a vegan Italian menu completely from scratch using fresh ingredients and a combination of both traditional Italian and modern plant-based cooking techniques.
Chef Ana will begin the class by teaching you how to make rotellini with zucchini slices rolled and filled with almond ricotta, and topped with marinara sauce and gratin. Then, learn how to make purple sweet potato gnocchi and serve it with an almond béchamel and fresh tomato sauce. Finally, combine coconut and citrus ingredients to make lemon goji truffles paired with orange sauce.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
