In this class with Chef Ana, you will learn how to prepare a vegan Italian menu completely from scratch using fresh ingredients and a combination of both traditional Italian and modern plant-based cooking techniques.
Chef Ana will begin the class by teaching you how to make rotellini with zucchini slices rolled and filled with almond ricotta, and topped with marinara sauce and gratin. Then, learn how to make purple sweet potato gnocchi and serve it with an almond béchamel and fresh tomato sauce. Finally, combine coconut and citrus ingredients to make lemon goji truffles paired with orange sauce.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

What a creative vegan experience! I loved the way Chef Ana presented all her plates, everything is of great taste here; I didn't believe this was vegan at all! She definitely inspired me to start eating the right way, super healthy and with all the good flavors of the regular food. It was very nice to meet her, she goes out of her way to get the best out of every meal. A real example for all.
Meet your chef
Chef Ana grew up in the kitchen watching her grandmother cook a fusion of Argentinean and rustic Italian cuisine. After moving to the U.S., she had the opportunity to experience a whole different set of ingredients and techniques that led her to become a certified raw vegan chef. Now a business owner, executive chef, and culinary instructor, her mantra is to expose food’s beauty and let it blossom by awakening nature’s flavors.
