In this hands-on class with Chef Ana, you will learn how to prepare a three-course vegan Mediterranean menu using a bounty of fresh, high-quality ingredients and plant-based cooking techniques that yield incredible flavors and beautiful presentations.
Chef Ana will begin by teaching you the secrets to transforming eggplant into a smoky, creamy baba ganoush you'll want to eat with a spoon. Then, you will construct a Mediterranean-inspired falafel bowl with a healthy dose of homemade tzatziki sauce, and fresh cilantro and parsley before preparing a vegan baklava for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
