Cooking Class - Baby Back Ribs 101

Trained by an award-winning pit master in Kansas City, Chef Andie is ready to break down the basics of smoking ribs at home with the right equipment.

In this hands-on, three-course class, you'll begin by making a light accompaniment for your decadently delicious baby back ribs, in the form of a parsley and herb salad. Then, learn everything you need to know to smoke tender ribs that literally fall right off the bone. Next, grill fresh and local vegetables to a crisp and juicy perfection, and satisfy your sweet tooth with crustless fruit cobbler.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Today’s experience was excellent. Chef Andie was as not only an great chef, she was warm and welcoming. The food was excellent and the eight of us got to help enough to make it fun but not so much as to make it a chore. A good time was had by all! She took time with the out of state guests recommending other fun things to do while in Seattle.

Andrea has privately prepared many meals for us and they were all superb! Our eclipse party was only eclipsed by.... the eclipse! And both anniversary and wedding dinners we fabulous beyond compare. Everything unique comes from her repertoire of worldly dishes. I highly recommend!
