In this hands-on class with Chef Boyd, you'll learn how to prepare an authentic three-course Hawaiian menu that proves there is so much more to Hawaiian cuisine than pineapple and ham.
Chef Boyd will begin the class by showing you how to construct a beautiful ahi tuna poke brought to life by an infusion of lemongrass, wakame, and basil gastrique. You can also look forward to learning how to prepare a classic Hawaiian macaroni salad, huli huli chicken sizzling with layers of flavor, and a homemade pineapple upside down cake.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
