WHAT YOU’LL DO

Get ready to join Chef Boyd on a colorful culinary journey to the Hawaiian islands.
In this hands-on class with Chef Boyd, you'll learn how to prepare an authentic three-course Hawaiian menu that proves there is so much more to Hawaiian cuisine than pineapple and ham.

Chef Boyd will begin the class by showing you how to construct a beautiful ahi tuna poke brought to life by an infusion of lemongrass, wakame, and basil gastrique. You can also look forward to learning how to prepare a classic Hawaiian macaroni salad, huli huli chicken sizzling with layers of flavor, and a homemade pineapple upside down cake.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Ahi Tuna Poke
With lemongrass, soy sauce, wakame, avocado and basil gastrique
Huli Huli Chicken
Glazed with brown sugar, ginger, pineapple juice and soy sauce
Macaroni Salad
With onion, celery, carrots and brown sugar-mayonnaise vinaigrette
Pineapple Upside Down Cake
With cherries, caramel pan sauce and vanilla bean ice cream
