Join Chef Boyd and learn how to harness the life and movement of the season.
In this hands-on class with Chef Boyd, you'll learn how to prepare a four-course vegetarian feast using fresh, seasonal ingredients as well as a variety of Italian flavors and cooking techniques.
Some of the dishes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include lemon thyme ricotta toast points, a caprese salad featuring heirloom tomatoes and lemon-infused olive oil, vegetable fettuccine with a homemade lemon mascarpone sauce and vibrant gremolata, and fresh fruit tartlets with a handcrafted shortbread crust and lemon curd for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
