Chef Becca will draw upon her expansive culinary expertise to teach you how to make several light and flavor-packed Vietnamese snacks.
In this class, you will prepare three classic dishes bursting with mouthwatering Vietnamese flavor. Start off by making fresh spring rolls with seafood and high-quality produce. Next up, you'll craft intensely flavored Vietnamese sticky chicken wings from scratch, followed by crêpes sided by luscious matcha gelato. These dishes make the perfect light and delectable snack anytime and any day!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
