In this fun and exciting hands-on class with Chef Lorna, you will learn how to prepare an incredibly fresh three-course menu that features the flavor and flair of authentic Mexican cuisine.
Chef Lorna will begin by showing you expert tips to take your guacamole to new heights before you dive into the preparation of steak tacos featuring sizzling steak nestled into freshly made tortillas. You will also discover what makes crazy corn so crazy, and the secret to making your own fruit sorbet at home.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
