Cooking Class - Gourmet Seafood Supper

In this hands-on class with Chef Lorna, you will learn how to prepare a three-course seafood-centric menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients and a host of indispensable cooking skills and techniques.

Chef Lorna will begin by teaching you how to create a tropical mango ceviche complete with lime and cilantro. Then, you'll learn the technique of baking salmon in a hand-folded parchment packet that results in perfectly tender, flaky fish every single time. You can also look forward to learning how to roast potatoes to perfection and make homemade gelato.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
