Chef Emily draws upon her upbringing in New England to take you on a culinary journey to experience the salty air, lobster boats, and wild blueberry bushes.
In this hands-on class, you will be preparing fresh and fabulous coastal cuisine from scratch. To start, you'll learn how to make traditional New England fish cakes served atop a bed of greens. For your main course, you'll master the art of a classic brown butter lobster roll with a side of tangy apple and kale slaw. For dessert, a luscious blueberry crisp is sure to tickle your senses.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
