Cooking Class - A Jamaican Island Feast
In this hands-on class with Chef Lula, you will learn how to prepare a three-course Jamaican feast using fresh, tropical ingredients, traditionally used spice blends, and time-honored cooking techniques that can turn any meal into an exotic escape.
Some of the recipes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include a Jamaican jerk chicken sided by a seasoned blend of yellow rice and garlicky kale, as well as a piña colada cobbler that will have you relaxing a little further into your chair.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
