Chef Christopher will draw upon his culinary knowledge to introduce you to chicken, and everything you need to know about it!

In this class, you'll be utilizing an entire chicken. From butchering techniques to flavorful recipes and everything in between, you will go home an expert on chicken. By using the whole bird, you will find you save on cost, as well as intensifying your flavor profile by using new techniques and creating unique recipes. Get ready to have chicken for each part of your meal, with every bite extraordinary!
