Cooking Class - Tropical Surf and Turf

Explore a light and bright tropical take on surf and turf in this culinary experience!

In this hands-on class with Chef David, you will learn the skills and techniques needed to prepare a four-course surf and turf menu founded on tropical flavors and fresh, high-quality ingredients.

For the surf portion of the menu, Chef David will teach you how to prepare a pineapple salmon entrée with so much flavor you would think it's been swimming in it's spicy, citrus-spiked marinade for it's entire life. Then, for the turf portion of the menu, you'll wrap tender spears of asparagus with thin slices of prosciutto. End with creamy chocolate mousse.

Guests are welcome to purchase wine and beer from the venue.

Chef David was wonderful! He was courteous, friendly, and made us feel welcome and comfortable. And the food, well, BOMB! So good! This was a birthday gift from my husband and it was such a wonderful experience, I would definitely do it again. Thanks, Chef, for an amazing birthday dinner and experience! :)

Where to start?! I booked a class with Chef David for my boyfriend's bday. Due to traffic we arrived a whole HOUR late, but luckily we were the only two to have booked that particular class. David was excited and ready to cook regardless of the late start, and made sure we felt welcome and comfortable. My boyfriend and I loved every minute of our experience, and we learned so much! Will definitely visit again soon with family and friends!!!!!
