In this hands-on class with Chef Solange, you will have the incredible opportunity to explore a four-course vegan Caribbean BBQ menu using local, mostly organic, fully plant-based and vegan ingredients.
As you work your way through the preparation of this menu, Chef Solange will encourage you to play with the bold, fresh flavors of Caribbean cuisine and even teach you how to make your own sofrito. Some of the key ingredients and tropical flavors you can look forward to working with include coconut, guava, mango, and pineapple. ¡Buen Provecho!
